How long does shipping take? 

Favgrance has international shipping. (restrictions may apply)

Free shipping for U.S only.

 

All territories outside of the U.S shipping will be calculated at checkout based on residential area

 

Expedited shipping available for U.S residents only.

 

Price for expedited shipping is $10 U.S

 

We provide customers with a confirmation of order number and tracking information once the order is shipped via email.

 

U.S shipping is 4-7 business days.

International shipping is 6-12 business days. (estimation no guarantee)

               

Is it safe to use debit/credit cards on your website? 


Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal and debit/credit card information is encrypted. We do not have access to or store your credit card information and your payment details are processed in a secure environment. 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 


You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed the order.

You can click the 'View Your Order' link in the order confirmation email to check the status of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery of your order(please check your spam folder if you have not received the email). You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status/Track Your Order page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us on Support@favgrance.com.

Immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

 

 What if my Package is Lost?

 

In a situation where you package is lost or damaged, We will file a claim with the proper shipper. (Please note, Claims can take up to a month to be investigated. 

If your package is listed as "delivered" but not in fact delivered, It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim. However, please notify us, and we will help you. 

We cant send a replacement or refund until the claim has cleared

 

Do you ship Internationally? 
 

Yes we ship internationally, shipping price will depend on where your exact location is.
